A standard huddle room takes 2-4 hours. A medium conference room takes 4-8 hours. Boardrooms with advanced DSP, multiple displays, and Crestron control typically require 1-2 days. We coordinate with your construction schedule and can deploy multiple rooms simultaneously during buildouts.

Yes. We deploy certified Zoom Rooms, Microsoft Teams Rooms, and Webex Room devices, as well as platform-agnostic BYOD solutions. We configure the platform, register devices with your tenant, and verify audio and video quality before handoff. We also deploy native room scheduling panels from Crestron, Poly, and Neat.

We install and configure the hardware and content management system (CMS), but content creation is typically managed by your marketing team. We work with all major signage CMS platforms including BrightSign, Samsung MagicINFO, and Scala. After installation, your team uploads and schedules content through the CMS dashboard.
