Why not just let our GC handle low voltage?

For a single location, GC-managed low voltage works fine. The problems emerge at scale: each site gets a different local sub with different standards. You lose consistency, accountability ends at certificate of occupancy, and nobody owns the relationship after CO.

How does owner-direct work with our construction process?
Low voltage gets specified as Owner-Furnished/Owner-Installed (OFOI) in your construction contracts. The GC still manages the site, but low voltage is carved out of their scope. We coordinate directly with the GC on scheduling while maintaining a direct relationship with you for standards, documentation, and ongoing support.
What markets do you cover?
All 50 states. We maintain a network of certified field technicians in every major metro and can mobilize to rural locations as needed. Same standards, same quality, regardless of geography.
What's your minimum project size?
We work best with organizations operating 10+ locations or planning significant expansion. Single-location projects generally don't benefit enough from national coordination to justify our approach.
Do you handle break-fix and ongoing service?
Yes. Unlike GC-managed installations where the sub disappears after CO, we maintain ongoing service relationships. Same-day response in major metros, next-day in most markets. One number to call, regardless of which location has the issue.
